Plant-Based Solutions is responsible for the processing of personal data as reflected in this privacy statement.

Personal data which we process

Plant-Based Solutions processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find a list of the personal data which we process:

• Gender
• Age
• Contact details (address)
• Phone number
• Email address
• IP address
• Other personal data which you actively provide to us, for example via correspondence or by phone
• Data about your activities on our website
• Web browser and type of device
• Information about your bank or credit card company (order processing).

Order processing

Whenever you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it. We receive information about your payment from your bank and credit card company. In order to do so, we use your e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, billing address, name and address details and payment details. We do this on the basis of your consent.

Contact form and newsletter

If you complete our contact form, we use your naw-data, ip-address, telephone number and e-mail address. If you actively provide us with other data, we also process these. We do this based on your consent.

We provide a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and services. Each newsletter contains a link that allows you to opt-out.

Special and/or sensitive personal data which we process

Plant-Based Solutions processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data about you, if you have actively provided it to us (via our contact form, e-mail or by phone):

Why, and on what grounds, we process personal data

Plant-Based Solutions processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Delivery of our newsletter
• To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to provide our service
• To inform you about changes to our services and products
• To deliver goods and services to you
•  Plant-Based Solutions analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to adjust the range of products and services to your preferences.

We cooperate with specific companies, which may receive your personal data mentioned above from us.

Automated decision-making

Plant-Based Solutions doesn't make decisions solely based on automatic processing when it concerns matters that might have (serious) consequences for persons. It concerns decisions that are made by computer software or systems, without human intervention (by, for example, an employee of Plant-Based Solutions).

How long we store personal data

Plant-Based Solutions will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected.

Plant-Based Solutions provides to third parties if necessary for the performance of our agreement, if we cooperate with these third parties or to comply with a legal obligation.

Cookies, or comparable techniques, which we use

Plant-Based Solutions solely uses technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not infringe upon your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your pc, tablet or smartphone upon your first visit to this website. The cookies that we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website, and for you convenience. They ensure that the website functions properly and they can, for example, remember your preferences. We can also use them to optimise our website. You can opt out of cookies by changing the settings of your web browser so that it no longer stores cookies. Besides that, you can also delete any information that was stored earlier via the settings of your browser.

Reviewing, updating or removing data

You have the right to review, correct or remove you personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw consent for the processing of data, or object to the processing of your personal data by Plant-Based Solutions, and you have the right to data portability. The latter means you can submit a request telling us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to yourself or to a third party which you specify. You can submit a request to review, correct, remove or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your permission, or object to the processing of your personal data to info@plantbasedsolutions.health. In order to ensure that the request to review is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request On this copy, blacken your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security Number (BSN). This to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and at least within four weeks.

How we protect personal data

Plant-Based Solutions takes the protection of your data very seriously and shall take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted publication and unauthorised alteration.
