There may always be occasions when something does not go quite as planned. We encourage you to make complaints known to us first by emailing us.
If this does not lead to a solution, consumers in the EU can also submit their dispute for mediation via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Should your complaint not already be pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
